The Education & Workforce Development Policy Committee advocates for education policies and programs that help develop a 21st century workforce; especially career technical education policies that highlight the work of Strive San Jose in supporting our local school districts. In order to develop a "cradle to career" workforce pipeline for businesses to expand in Silicon Valley, business leaders must drive impactful public policies to help develop their future employees.
